These are some of the plates I made for the demo.
This is one I made after the workshop, still in it's pristine state.
These are a selection of papers waiting to have more paint added.
The plate is not so pristine now, this is a print taken from it.
These were printed onto tissue paper and given a final colour wash.
These are the wonderful students.
I always seem to be wearing black or purple, can't seem to get away from it.

I am just captivated by the papers you all created in this class! And color me green - with envy! I'd love to learn how to make those printing plates. Have you considered making and selling DVD's for all us on the other side of the world who will probably never get to take a class with you! I'll put my order in now! You are a phenomenal artist Ro!
Love the designs on tissue - so detailed. I have an itch to print after all my stitching, I'm sure there's a meat tray around!

I just happened upon your lovely blog and am enjoying viewing your incredible body of work......very impressive and inspiring.
I am a textile artist who offers free textile art classes to cancer patients. I am quite interested in your Foam Printing Plates and how you are able to accomplish so much detail with the foam. Do you free-hand cut the motifs and blue them onto a foundation? I would be interested in using these foam printing plates to print paint on textiles. I think my students would enjoy this process.

I am sooo very sorry that you seem to be having such a hard time finding things to do with yourself now that you have retired!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOW !!!!!!!!!!!!! You are exhausting me!!! Fabulous class with gorgeous foam plates. are these foam meat tray plates or the fun foam sold in the craft stores? I have the fun foam around here somewhere but like you my floor is missing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
