Chocolates for my Birthday?

Chocolates for my birthday, no Golden paints and wait for it, a DREMEL. My wonderful husband is always full of surprises at Christmas and birthdays. He knew I'd been hanging my nose over a Dremel, but I didn't expect Golden paints as well, how fantastic. He took me to this terrific little cafe called 'Ripe' in the hills for breakfast and now he's making a special dinner for me and my family, what a gem.

I had another big surprise on Friday night, I went into Borders bookstore and was checking out the beading magazines. I was checking through Australian Beader mag. and shock horror there in the index was a photo of one of my necklaces. I finally remembered I'd sent them photos of some of my jewellery last year and, as I'd had no reply, completely forgot about it. I flicked through the mag. and there was my necklace on the Gallery page. What a thrill, I'm not sure if this means I've been published.

Hi Bronwyn
A Dremel is a great little power tool that cuts, drills polishes, even gets paint off your hands, according to Assemblage guru, Michael deMeng.
I use it in my jewellery making.
Thanks for visiting
