Not long to go now

As we Aussies say 'I've been flat out like a lizard drinking' getting ready for our exhibition which opens tomorrow night. I've been working on lots of paintings and today is the day for the 'hanging'. Below are some I've been working on.


This is one I started, I turned it upside down


and it ended up like this.

and ended up as this


and this one knew what it was going to be all along. This is my usual style and is far less traumatic, I know where I'm going with these.


I'll also have lots of jewellery in the exhibition too.

Your paintings are taking my breath away Ro!!!! What you are doing now that you are not working outside the studio (could not say NOT working, now could I???) Is simply stunning!!! It was such a delight to find your article in CPs and now to see that the Art is YOu gals have found you and have you teaching !!! Incredibly wonderful and about time!! Now you must sign on to teach in Connecticut in the fall in the US for Art is You and give me advance warning!!!! That would be a dream come true for myself and many of us who I have turned on to your fabulous blog!!!! Cannot wait to see pics of the show- SO SO SO wish that I could be there!!!
