My Journal's on Etsy

My latest journal is now finished and is listed in my Etsy shop. This one features quite a few of my original graphics, as well as lots of hand stitched fabric pages. I've used a slightly different way of stitching the signatures into the spine, which enables the journal to hold it's shape very well. I don't get attached to my journals but this one would be one of my favourites.Below are just a few of the pages as there are 172 pages in total, that includes both sides.

inside covers

water colour graphics

original graphics

hand painted bird and print of one of my paintings

more watercolour graphics

gelatin printed fabric and a print of my artwork

printed pages of my original work

sun printed fabric and hand dyed doilies, hand stitched lollipop tree

Absolutely gorgeous. I don't know how you can part with these but I'm glad that you do.

Another book full of gorgeous happiness Ro. I couldn't bear to use one as an actual journal - it would be sacrilege to sully even one page with writing or drawing.

Beautiful work, I love your journals & I think you could turn your hand to a wonderful artist's book, too. Both have their place, just google 'artist/s books'......you'll see ;)

Your colour sense is so fabulous. I especially love your spreads of the stitched trees and houses in this one.

Absolutely stunning, Ro! I have visions of trying to make a journal in a similar vein only using my eco-printed fabrics & papers.

You mention a new technique for attaching your pages/signatures.....care to share?

Also, will your 21 Day cover any techniques for binding or is more art focused? It looks like an amazing group of gals and fun course - but I've been burned a few times lately with online courses. I guess I'm hesitating and need an encouraging nudge. :)
