Found objects production line
These are some of the many drawers where I keep some of my found objects and beads.
I have quite a production line going when I get working on large orders. I have two more galleries that are interested in seeing my work, so I'm trying to build up my stock.
I love working in my studio in the evenings, especially when it's raining, as it has been on and off, over the last few days. We have a metal roof and the patter of the rain, whilst being very cosy indoors, is really relaxing. When the wind blows, I image I can hear the waves at the beach, (I have a very good imagination), and I'm lost in my own little world. Bliss.

I love the pictures of all those beads! And I agree...the sound of rain on the roof is one of the best and seems to spark such a wonderful, calm feeling.
That is an Aladdin's Cave Ro. What lovely drawers and the goodies in them are lovely too. The production line is lovely and yes I love being inside doing things when it's raining too.
They look great Ro - love how you combine your eclectic mix of bits and pieces!
PS I tried to do a similar mural at the beach house .... shouldv'e asked you to do it ! LOL :)
Hmm....very appropriate that I should come across your post just now, Ro. I've spent the day doing Pirate Research. I found an 'arm' similar to your hook but decided my pirate art doll will have 2 arms, so tossed it back into the jar. Must study this page further for beard ideas!
