As you can see it really is huge, it hangs right down to the floor on both sides of the table.
Progressing.
The start of the doodles.
This is where my new door way's going.
And this is it, looking into my studio, the curtain will hang here until I get the door.
This is inside my studio looking through to my workroom where I hold my workshops.
It's made such a difference, it was definitely worth all of the dust, dust and more dust (I began to wonder at the time though).
These lovely ladies were the first to see it. This was another great group making and using the foam printing plates they made. Thanks Deb, Kaye, Maha and Marg for another terrific day.

Very nice. That doorway must have been a major undertaking since it looks like you would have had to remove lots of brick. The new curtain will look perfect there.
It DOES look like a lot of work was needed......... the curtain is gorgeous, can't wait to see it in place.
I love that curtain - it's going to be beautiful, and hope you wont take it down once the door is in place. I also love the prints that your clever students made - all very different but so effective.
Wow love this.Awesome colors Ro!
grats on the door i kinda understand what a new doorway can do for one lol.( don't ask)
Thanks for sharing.
Andrea.
Love your curtain Ro - very decorative in a Klimt/Kandinsky kind of way. Your love of circles shines through in a great deal of your work. One motif - endless variations - great stuff!
Now that's a lot of circles! What paint do you use?
A wonderful curtain!
your curtain is going to be fantastic. the doodling has really brought it to life...
The curtain is fabulous. Love it and wonder what paint you are using. Not that it matters, what ever it is the colors are so vibrant. And what a perfect thing to separate two artful areas.
Sure makes me want to paint circles too.
Your curtain will shine cheerful beams across your studio Ro.
a doorway to a new world?
A space to call your own.
yum
Can't wait to see your studio with the new door Ro, it will open it up so much and make things much easier for you.
That curtain is a wee bit bigger that the one we did!
Your new doorway looks fantastic!!!! So nice to have it done and that curtain will be perfect...a hanging installation!
Looking forward to our catchup soon.

Your curtain is glorious !! So very you!! the door is wonderful and quite a big undertaking but I can see how very useful and simpler it will make everything for you!! Bravo to you for putting up with the dust and to Steve? for doing the work!!! You got me inspired to make some foam plates- your students did wonderfully well with theirs!!! lucky them!!
oooo I love that curtain! I love circles :)
Wow - your new doorway looks great Ro! And the curtain will look wonderful. Love all of those circles.
Dot xx
whoever cut your hair...please send them to the states. I will fly them here(lol) Your hair and style looks good.
I keep scrolling up and down so I can see what you kept adding to your curtain. You should make one of those animation movies....unless you already have and I missed it, which is certainly possible.
Your work always makes me feel so happy. I am considering taking your page from our rr out and framing it....I know that compromises the continuity of the book, but it is so tempting.
Thanks for always being there, Ro. BTW i think you look awesome in black and purple. xxooK
Wow. I love this.
Looking forward to the finish photos!
Hi Ro, just found you via Art is... FB page. I'm going to Sydney to do classes with Keith and Judy W, have no idea what to expect except that it will be fabulous. I love your curtain - I have three cream curtains waiting for a ranch slider to be put in. I'm very inspired by your circles.
Thats it Ro! Break down the walls and make your own doorway with a beautiful curtain to go with it! You are looking so happy . good for you xoxo
