One of my Favourites

This necklace is the latest addition to my Etsy store . This would have to be one of my favourites. I love using combinations of found things and wire. There's great satisfaction in transforming something from it's original purpose into a piece of jewellery. The silver shoe charms were a real find.
The second photo shows how it hangs when worn.

Hi Ro...I'm catching up on your blog today. This puppy has been keeping me busy so I've been out of the loop for a bit!

Your work lately is just awesome...jewelry, journal pages. You always inspire me.

This is truly a fabulous piece, Ro.

I would love to see a "wall hanging" sculptural piece like this with really large found objects.....like a shovel instead of a spoon, etc.

Oh My Ro this is fantastic - I could definitely enjoy wearing this one. The spoon, the shoes, everything.

Hi Ro,
Thanks for leaving a comment on my blog, I'm glad you enjoyed the links. Looks like we share a lot of the same interests - I was a graphic designer, I make jewellery and little books, I always use my teabags and I am doing a mosaic on one side of my house. I always love seeing how people with the same loves and materials interpret things in such different ways. The vibrant colour of your journals has really perked me up on this very cold day in Scotland. Love the uniqueness of your jewellery, I bet your drawers are a treasure trove of exciting things to create with.
